"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel M29 in the Kazimierz district and was really happy with our choice. We arrived late but the staff were warm, welcoming, and very informative. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a cosy bar with a secret garden that provided a tranquil spot to relax. A special mention to Mikolay, the barman, who was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly – he made excellent recommendations and provided first class service. We enjoyed breakfast on two mornings, which offered hot and cold options and was great value for money and everything we tried was delicious. The staff even opened 15 minutes early one day so we could eat before heading off on an early tour which was much appreciated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed including tea and coffee facilities, an iron, and an ironing board. The bathroom was equally spacious and well stocked with essential toiletries and towels. The location was perfect — right in the heart of Kazimierz with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. It was only about a 15-minute easy paced walk to the Old Town and although we didn’t use them there were tram stops nearby . We found it an ideal base for exploring the city. Hotel M29 exceeded our expectations in every way — comfortable, stylish, and run by a genuinely caring team. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Krakow, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of a trip."
