With the festive season round the corner, easyJet holidays has revealed its top 10 Christmas markets in Europe to visit this winter.

Visiting some of the famed different Christmas markets across Europe is on a travel bucket list for many, and with breaks starting from just £169 per person, easyJet holidays offers amazing experiences at unbeatable prices.

10. Nice (1 December 2022 – 1 January 2023)

Perfect for families, Nice pulls out all the stops with a whole Christmas village open daily from 11am until 8pm, and 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The village boasts 60 charming Christmas Chalets offering different festive foods and craft products, magical light instillations, an ice-rink, a ginormous Ferris wheel, and Santa’s Grotto – it’s the perfect weekend away to celebrate the season!

    9. Geneva (17 November – 23 December)

The Jardin Anglais becomes a step up from magical as the setting for the Geneva International Christmas Market with stunning views of Lake Geneva as a surreal backdrop to the merriment.

    7. Munich (21 November – 24 December)

    3. Krakow (25 November – 26 December)

    2. Prague (26 November 2022 – 6 January 2023)

    Fly straight into a snowglobe scene this winter in the Czech city of Prague for a truly ethereal experience, where this year’s theme is aptly named Angelic Christmas. Prague’s iconic architecture of cherubs and angels will hang above the Old Town Square, observing visitors and locals wondering in search of roasted chestnuts and Czech Christmas biscuits. And as far as trees go, Prague’s over 20 metre tall Christmas tree is definitely one to add to your list; dressed in thousands of lights and ornaments, at the stroke of each hour the tree will come to life with a specially crafted display.
