Wine Apartments

"NOT AS ADVERTISED Not a great experience. The photos and description shown on Booking.com were nothing like the accommodation we were actually given. We had to climb four flights of stairs with no lift, only to arrive at a property that looked completely different from the pictures advertised online. The room was in a poor condition, and the bed was essentially an old, rusty metal frame with a paper-thin mattress. We checked in, stayed for around 30 minutes, and decided we simply could not remain there. We left and had to pay for another hotel because the accommodation was completely unacceptable. In our experience, the property was seriously misrepresented compared with the photographs and description on Booking.com. We feel extremely misled by what was advertised versus what we actually received, also you have to pay extra for a clean towel."

"We had an amazing stay at Wine Apartments Krakow and would definitely recommend it! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were more like studio apartments, which was perfect for us and made the stay feel really homely. We were on the top floor, and in total there were 89 stairs to climb. This was absolutely fine for us and actually helped us burn off some of the holiday food! 😂 However, if you have any mobility issues, it’s worth being aware that there is no other way to access the top floor, so the stairs could be difficult. The location was great for us — around a 10-minute walk into the centre. We really enjoyed walking around and getting to see what was nearby rather than being right in the middle of everything. Another lovely bonus is the wine cellar, which serves good food and is a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Clean, comfortable, great location and everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Wine Apartments Krakow and would happily stay here again! ❤️🍷"

"My friend and I book the Chardonnay Kitchenette, for the two of us it was the perfect size, with two single beds, a working TV and AC and a good amount of room within the wardrobes. The Kitchen area is to the side with every kitchen utensil you need to cook a good meal, is at hand - There’s an electric hob, sink, mini fridge, bins, bowls, plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. (There’s also a table for two with comfortable seating.) The Bathroom was clean and tidy when we arrived, with good lighting, a good sized shower which included body wash/shampoo (they also provided a head towel and a body towel). We had breakfast included, there was a good amount of options for both food and drink, my friend and I basically had every food option throughout our time here and we enjoyed every bite. Credits to the Chefs!! We had three different waitresses, and each lady was just as kind and professional as the last, thank you for making our time here enjoyable!! Hopefully, if i ever visit Kraków again, i’ll be able to stay here. (everything from the room to the food was reasonably priced)"
