"This hotel is a little gem if you are on a small budget! I had a single room on the upper floor that had all the amenities (tv, minibar, mosquito repellent...) and a very cozy interiour on top of that. As the window faced to the courtyard behind the house, it was very quiet during the night. There is a (Italian) breakfast room in the basement that offers coffee, tea, fruit and sweet pastries with jam as well as an egg cooker; tasty and enough to get going in the morning but don't expect a full buffet. The staff was very nice and friendly too, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, and the room was kept meticulously clean every day. I can definitely recommend the place."

"One of the reasons we chose this hotel was its reasonable price (in the context of Florence prices), location from the train station and that we could get a triple room. The hotel is well presented and immaculately clean. The room was nice, the beds a bit firm but not too uncomfortable for the one night we stayed. The breakfast was simple continental style with a good selection. Coffee was made to order. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Piazza alla Signoria and the Piazza Santa Croce and it would be very warm in summer but not too bad in other seasons. We would definitely stay again. "

"We chose this hotel as we wanted to have one that located outside traffic limiting zone and free parking - this hotel, located just outside ZTL fit the bill perfectly. The hotel itself consist of the main building and the annex wing in the garden. Parking really can accommodate maximum 10 cars, so you will be asked to surrender the car keys and your car can be moved... we had rental so didn't really are but it may be not everyone's cup of tea. We liked our room on 2nd floor of annex room except 2 issues: wi-fi signal was very weak and air conditioner was quite loud. Apart of that we liked our stay and would probably stay there again, but in the main building. Breakfast was somewhat spartan. it was really strange not to have any vegetables in Tuscany in July. On the other hand coffee was prepared to order and the cappuccino was of decent quality. Location-wise, the hotel is ~15 minutes walking distance to piazza della signoria."
