"I stayed here for two nights during a very hot stretch in Florence, and the hotel served its purpose well. The strongest feature was the air conditioning, which was excellent and made a real difference during a heat wave. The Wi-Fi was also very good, and the bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. The location was especially convenient. The T2 tram stop was about fifty steps from the hotel, and it provided a simple, inexpensive connection to the airport in about thirty-two minutes. For travelers arriving or departing through Florence Airport, this is a major advantage. Public transit was also easy to use with Apple Pay, which made getting around the city straightforward. Breakfast was included and was good overall. The coffee, croissants, cold cuts, vegetables, and pastries were all perfectly serviceable, though not exceptional. The lemon pastry was pleasant, but the breakfast did not feel especially memorable. Still, it was a useful and welcome inclusion. The main limitations were the room size and bathroom layout. My room was quite small, with no real working desk, and the shower was cramped. This would not be ideal for someone who needs to work comfortably from the room or prefers more spacious accommodations. But for a short Florence stay, especially in summer, the excellent air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and extremely convenient tram access made the hotel a practical and worthwhile choice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who prioritize location, airport access, air conditioning, and basic comfort over spacious rooms or a more luxurious breakfast experience."

"This hotel is lovely. The location nearby major attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. The breakfast is great with many options. They have a bar/cafe as well. Reasonable price for laundry services. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"This was a great location. A 10 minute walk to the city center, but being enough away from all the crowds and noise. The vibe is very chic and the rooms were great. It was clean, the service was impeccable and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. They even provide free breakfast which was great. Best of all, a tram stop is directly in front of the building, making it super convenient to get across town. Great little bars and restaurants within walking distance."
