"I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Very clean, comfortable room, close to the Maria del fiore cathedral. Impeccable service from Francesca, who was very polite and kind to me. Two important pieces of information: reception is only open until 7pm and there is no light on the stairs when you arrive at the hotel (the climb takes place in the dark), which is not ideal for elderly people and people who don't feel comfortable in the dark. Recommendations: place glass glasses (at least one glass in the room), need to have lighting on the stairs leading to the hotel). In Overall, very good stay. I recommend"
