"This hotel is very close to train station as well as being centrally located. It's in a beautiful old building, access is up an old style elevator. The reception/manager was so friendly and greeted us every morning with a smile and asked what we would be doing that day. She also provided information on tours, restaurants, local parks. The room was beautiful, simple but well thought out. Big bonus, there was a roof terrace, which came in handy as the weather was scorching, and there was both sun and shade up there. Great views of the city. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious 😋 and the hotel was spotless"

"I stayed at this hotel for a few days on a friend’s recommendation, so I already knew I would be in a nice place — but even then, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of service went far beyond my expectations. I have to start my review with Maria, the receptionist — a truly kind-hearted woman who puts her whole soul into making guests feel comfortable. And she does it so naturally, because it’s clear that she genuinely loves her job. The hotel is spotlessly clean — everything is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, which makes the stay even more pleasant. As for the location, it’s perfect — close to all the main attractions. There’s also a retro-style elevator in the building, which I absolutely loved — especially if, like me, you adore vintage touches. Breakfast was delicious and varied — you’ll find even more options than what most hotels in this category usually offer. Next time I visit Florence, I already know where I’ll be staying."

"No accommodation is reasonable in Florence , this one included . We booked the family room and this was one room woth a set of bunks, a double bed, and a single . One small shower and toilet room. Served its purpose. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, surprisingly awesome . Kathleen was an amazing host who kept the area well stocked, clean, and also found gluten free feral for my daughter (there was also ample gf options on buffet , however some gf cakes would be appreciated). Checking in after 5pm there is signage to visit the sister hotel , hotel Annabelle on sane street a few meters away. To access this you must go up several flights of stairs where the hotel is located to pick keys up. We received excellent service and were escorted back to hotel Angelica and shown how to use locks, key pad entry etc. hotel Angelica is also located on level three and can be accessed by a small elevator . Ee lived that this accommodation is so close to the train station and they also looked after our suitcases for a few hours on check out . Overall a lovely stay"
