"Really don’t understand the bad reviews given here. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist on our first evening. Taken to our apartment with a plate of sandwiches, fruit and cake as we’d missed the buffet. Room is lovely and clean and has everything we need. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi is great (albeit a little chilly)! Bars are great and staff work really hard to get everyone served quickly. Good choice of cocktails too! Buffet is pretty much the norm for all inc. Staff again work really hard to keep on top of the cleaning and always with a smile. All in all I would totally recommend. Only thing I would suggest is a little bit of music by the pool, but do understand that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. P.s very rocky getting into the sea here, so pool shows are a must!"

"Room was ok not very clean ,hair all over bath tub and toilet , sheets also had marks on them they havent provided water or coffee or milk other than on the first day of arrival ive had to buy some , I had to ask to borrow an iron , the hairdryer is on the wall so old fashioned,doesn't dry hair properly , ive been here 4 days so far not had clean towels , the bar staff are lovely, the food is OK ,the pool areas are nice ,I really wouldn't say this is more than a 3 star holiday venue"
