"We had a 10 night stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel but needs a few things addressing. We had a junior suit with swim up room which was lovely. We did notice tho that the maid never cleaned the outside area at all on our stay, we also noticed they didn’t sweep the floor but did wash it but could still see crumbs etc on the floor. We could see ants running around but I suppose you will get them. The food was lovely with plenty of variety and the staff were all lovely too. We didn’t use the À la carte but apparently you had to purchase your drinks in there. Drinks are the bar aren’t as bad as people have mentioned but was unhappy about having to purchase water and only being able to have local spirits. If you want international spirits you then again have to buy! Entertainment wasn’t the best. The rock band was amazing and the young DJ was good…….the rest was rubbish! This could be improved massively. Being on the end of the resort with nothing around you rely on hotel entertainment. I would have loved to see a night of traditional Greek…..after all we have come to experience Greece. The bar staff were lovely and always there to get your more drinks. My only issue with the bar area was smokers…..I get some people like to smoke but not everyone…..I think maybe a separate area for smokers would be a good idea (I know not many people will like my opinion but I don’t like taking in other people’s second hand smoke) Pool area was lovely and we did spend a few days there too. There was never a problem getting a sunbed. The hotel is about a 15 min bus journey to Kos town. The bus stop is just across the road from the hotel. The town is definitely worth a visit Reception staff were always lovely and helpful nothing was an issue for them The shop on site is a little more expensive but not a great deal. The only issue with the shop is the opening times. It closes at 1pm and doesn’t open back up till 6pm so if you want bottled water make sure to get it on a morning. Also any ice creams you fancy during the day sat at the pool you can’t get as the shop is shut. All in all it’s a lovely hotel but could Make a few little changes to make it even better. I felt I have been over charged for an all inclusive as you don’t get the “ALL”. I’ve been to lots better AL. Would I go back……maybe not unless changes are made."

"I have absolutely nothing negative to write about our stay; it was fantastic from start to end. We stayed in a standard room with sharing pool and garden view. It felt private and with a table set and sunbeds. Because of this for the most part we stayed here, however it took around 30 seconds to get to the pool bar for drinks. I had read a lot of negatives about the drinks but we didn’t find an issue. We asked for two per person at a time and for the most part were given - I took insulated cool cups and just poured them in to take back. The food was some of the best all inclusive we’ve eaten for some time; we didn’t even try the à la carte as we were only here four days and the day with availability we were going out. The staff and service are particularly notable because everyone without exception is friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is also absolutely spotless. The main pools never seem busy or crowded because so many people use their own and there is certainly no need to get up early in order to get a sunbed. We only saw one night of entertainment which was the rock night and they were absolutely brilliant. Late check out is quite expensive at 90€ however the courtesy room means it’s not really needed as you can shower and there are plugs and hair dryers. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break and will definitely return here should we come back to Kos."
