"Amazing for staying in Hamburg on a budget. Quality vs price is great! A bit far away from the center but the hotel is one minute from the station which takes you easy in to central station. We were very pleased with the cleaning and tidieness of the place. The beds are comfortable and a big bathroom. The improvement we would like to see is an air conditioner in the room and maybe better WiFi. We still think it’s a great place and we loved it! "

"Right outside the Stellingen train station..... we had bought tickets for an Andrea Bocelli Concert in Hamburg at the Barclaycard Arena After doing much research online we chose Bedpark because of its proximity to the train station- the S-bahn. The security of the hotel is impressive..... to enter the building to check-in , one needs to ring a bell on the street level to be allowed in, then you take the elevator up to the first floor & wait for your turn to be checked in. The Reception is a tiny room on the first floor manned by ONE lady. Check-in was smooth & quick, wi-fi passwords given to us, we were staying for just one night so payment was taken as next day being Sunday there would be no one at the reception!!!! Lady at the reception was very forthcoming with helpful information.... when we enquired about how we could reach the Barclaycard Arena, she informed us that there were free buses organised for us & explained how we could reach the pick-up point. Entry into the hotel on the ground level and to each floor is via your keycard which means you can not go to any floor other than yours without the appropriate keycard.... I felt really safe! Our room was small, minimalistic-one double bed with a wall mounted fan & tv, a large window with a sliding door which doubled up as the mirror & curtain to shut out daylight. Open racks along one wall with a few hangers, sockets for charging your phone, firm mattress & clean bed. The bathroom was compact with a WC, a walk in shower, shower gel, hair dryer & clean bath & hand towels. No provision for breakfast or any food. The S-bahn and buses close by. Decent budget hotel for one night stay."

"This is lower price hotel in Hamburg with a modern look and quite inviting inside. Reception on first floor, staff on the day very friendly and happy to answer questions any question. Rooms are all secured with keycard which also open the main entrance and individual floor doors. Room itself is spacious with a large double bed (firm mattress) but only 1 plastic chair, 1 longer and one shorter shelf for storage and one rail with a few coat hangers for your coats etc. Large window with a sliding door (with large mirror) instead of curtains. View on S-Bahn station, about 2 minutes away which is great for traveling to town. Noise was at a minimum with a oscillating fan to keep you cool. Wall mounted tv is available but only found German programs. Bathroom is a good size with walk-in shower, working well with 2 individual shower heads, hairdryer and hand- and bath towel also supplied. Downside: Bathroom had a permanent bad smell (drain?) walls are bare and no tea/coffee making facilities. No breakfast or anything else supplied. Reception only available from 3-6 pm. Should you loose your keycard and need to call service after 6 pm you will be charged €50. Overall okay if you are on a budget but no frills, no service and minimum furnished."
