"7 nights as a couple. Room clean and serviced daily. Walk in shower brilliant. Robe sets missing but quickly remedied by reception and were then replaced every 3 days. Needs more written information about hotel and facilities, had to ask a lot of questions or find out ourselves. Tea and coffee supplies sparce, but we always bring our own tea bags and milk. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Didn’t have breakfast as did classes instead. All classes very professional and instructors willing to help guests who don’t speak German! Wonderful sporting facilities. All other staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Spa area amazing, as usual for Germany no swimming costumes in Saunas or Spa jacuzzi pool, but the Spa garden allowed costumes or nude and was used by some as a walk through to get Beer and ice cream, which was a bit weird. The bus stops (Averhoffstraße) with 2 routes right outside hotel gets you everywhere. Not everyone’s hotel choice, a bit expensive as membership included with stay, if your Sporty or like Spas this place is for you. We can’t wait to return."

"This place is a joke. They act elite and all posh but they do not care about the people at all. You are only worth the money you bring them. And they will sue you for 1 Euro if they can. Will never go there again."
