"superb location, warm, friendly and professional welcome, beautiful rooms, super comfortable beds and lovely linens, great bathroom and delightful shower and amenities. Fabulous breakfast buffet and awesome coffee!! Beautiful waterfront patio for drinks and nibbles. Entire staff was fabulous in terms of happy to help with any question or request--absolutely delightful!! I took a cab from the airport, as I arrived late at night but walked everywhere else in copenhagen from this terrific location!"

"This is an excellent, well appointed, and well located hotel near opposite the Opera house, alongside the National Theatre, and near the Amelianborg Palace. The parking is very convenient (if available) and comparatively reasonably priced. The rooms are smaller than may be expected, but for a central location this isn't that surprising. Oliver at the front desk was superb in assisting with our requests in relation to our baby daughter, and the bell captain was professional collecting and delivering our luggage. The room service was reasonably priced and good quality, though the breakfast lacked the variety of some other restaurants we have stayed at. Overall this was an excellent stay and we would certainly visit again."

"Located near Nyhavn and the Kongens Nytorv train station, the hotel was ideally located in a picturesque part of the city with easy access to amazing restaurants, shopping and more. Was given a free upgrade to a room with a waterfront view. Really cool building and no complaints whatsoever. Not the biggest rooms, but overall value for money, all things considered, is very good in my opinion."
