"I had a wonderful stay at Starhotels Ritz! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast – but what truly impressed me was the honesty and professionalism of the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left a valuable necklace in my room, and the housekeeper immediately reported and handed it in. That kind of integrity is rare these days! The hotel even arranged to have the necklace sent back to me. I’m deeply grateful for such exceptional service and can highly recommend this hotel."

"We chose the Starhotels Ritz in the center of Milan, expecting a true 4-star experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We booked a superior room for two people, but my first impression was disbelief — it was so small that I wondered if I would even fit alone with my suitcase. There was simply no space for two people to move comfortably. The room felt more like a cheap dormitory than a superior-class hotel room. Overall, this stay was a big disappointment, and the hotel did not meet the standards we expected from a 4-star property."

"We stayed at the Starhotels Ritz as our last leg of a 10 day European trip since we were flying out of Milan. This is a very beautfiul hotel with impeccable staff. The first morning of our trip we were woken up by construction on a home outside our room/ The staff were so accomodating and Brigitte at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was not as interrupted. The location is perfect and each of the staff were very informative on where to go, where to eat and how to get around! I would highly recommend this hotel."
