iH Hotels Milano Centrale

"We had a pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel, however they don’t advertise that there is 2 separate buildings until you arrive. We were a group of 3, we were in the 2nd building but the room was lovely, we had a great view of the station which lights up at night time, Beds were comfortable, we did have breakfast at the hotel which was €15 each which was worth it as we had a gluten free diet with our party and the hotel catered really well for this diet restriction. Would return to the hotel again, staff were very friendly aswell"

"Wonderful staff and included breakfast. Location near the central train station was perfect for our needs. We worried whether we would feel safe in that location, but iH felt secure and made us comfortable. We did not give it a 5 rating because the shower drained so slowly that by the time two of us had showered, water was overflowing the shower all over the floor, and because the floor was so dirty that the bottom of our socks after walking in the room were black. That said, we reported both things to the staff and they were eager to fix the issues. So, we would recommend the iH for its location, staff and breakfast, and just encourage anyone who has any issue with the room itself to politely share their concern with the staff and expect the matter to be given prompt attention."
