"We would give this hotel 5/5 for the views which are incredible and the Junior suite was very nice, modern and clean. However for us the food was below the standard we were hoping for. Breakfast was better than the evening meal, which at best was average. There was no indoor bar to sit and relax in the evening, only the roof top bar was open. The staff were polite, however, not particularly friendly and at no point did I feel “welcomed” it was as if the “personal touch” was missing and for both those reasons we wouldn’t stay again."

"We came to the hotel as a group of 5 adults (two couples and one more). Pros: - Hotel is exceptionally clean - The rooftop bar is lovely and the drink selection is good - The area is lovely and peaceful, really nice set up for an adults only hotel - Rooms are comfortable with everything we needed - The sea view is GORGEOUS - Lots of shops and some bars nearby - The spa is lovely and again really clean Cons: - One of our group got food poisoning (exclusively eating at the restaurant) and when we raised it we were very quickly dismissed. Nothing was done to make her more comfortable etc. - Some staff were very bizarre in the way they stared at us. We’re a young group but it felt like we were being watched a lot of the time by the downstairs pool lifeguard (to the point of it making us uncomfortable) - Sometimes they wouldn’t let us sit as a 5 at meal times. Some staff would and others wouldn’t which I thought was very unfair and led to us sitting separately on several occasions - WiFi isn’t great"

"This is the most incredible hotel we have ever stayed in! We took our 4 children (teens/twenties) and each of us wishes we had stayed longer. It’s very modern, excellent food, an air conditioned gym with all modern equipment in it, super swimming pools (inside and outside), plenty of sunbeds, outstanding bedrooms and a view of the ocean whichever room you went in. The upstairs terrace bar was where we spent a lot of time. Fabulous staff who even bring you drinks even while you’re in the hot tub! It’s a 15 minute walk into town. We had great shopping trips! The shops are in the same place you can take the free Loro Parque land train. It was the best holiday we’ve ever had and will definitely go back again!"
