Plus Fariones Suite Hotel

"Stayed in Suite No. 424. The suite itself was lovely, however we weren’t happy with its location. This was one of the suites that were set back from the main building and although we had paid for a sea view, this was limited by the way the sides of the building blocked out the view. Also, we only got sun on the balcony for a couple of hours from 11am to 1pm (despite the reception guy telling us we would get sun until 4pm). You can see from the photos that our sea view was seriously obstructed. We did ask if we could change rooms, but surprise surprise all of the other rooms were fully booked! (But if we wanted to upgrade for an extra €85 per night we could have - we didn’t think it was worth paying an extra €500 just for having access to rooftop pool and our own table at dinner). The food was OK, some nights were better than others. We had high expectations of this hotel, but unfortunately it didn’t really live up to it!"

"This hotel is absoulutley stunning right on beach front rooms are very spacious with beutiful sea view food is excellent breakfast is amazing with lots to choose from staff are very friendly housekeeping staff do excellent job room was kept emaculate plenty of sunbeds very close to strip and old town would definetly reccomend this hotel"

"Wonderful one weeks stay. Flight - Tui, comfortable seats, good service. ARRIVAL 90 mins wait at airport for the new passport control system and then we got a taxi from right outside to the hotel 14 € took about 15 mins to get to the hotel. A warm welcome from staff at hotel and a glass of fizz. ROOM We were allocated room 420 (floor 4 there are 5 floors in total. This is a spacious studio room with a sea view. Very comfortable large bed, kettle, microwave and fridge. Lots of storage, on a split level so 3 steps to living area the is a banister. Living area has sofa and tv with English channels, and desk. Curtains in our room were not totally black out. Patio is spacious with two chairs and a table and a laundry rack. Lovely view of pool and ocean. South facing. Maid service daily and always spotless ! I actually think all rooms must have a sea view. Rooms in the ground floor I think have sun loungers on their patio space. BATHROOM Two sinks, hairdryer (quite good!) shower shampoo, conditioner body wash and moisturiser. I used all of these and didn’t eve unpack my own. Towels, robes and slippers. POOL Towels available at the pool you can swop them with the friendly pool life guard. Very clean and tidy area always plenty of beds as they are not reserved by anyone at the crack of dawn, every day there was always lots of choice throughout the day. Sunlougers are comfortable and most have little tables and a parasol. There are three pools, kids shallow one, a tradition depth one, and the largest pool is the same depth - maybe about 120cm (guess) Again the pool was always spotless. Must be heated as I was never cold in it. FOOD we were half board, the restaurant is beautiful and always spotless wonderful staff that are plentiful and efficient. We never had to wait for a table. Breakfast had plenty of choice hot and cold. if you like, if you like a cup of tea it is best to get the hot water from the coffee machine tho. I had a made to order omelette most days and fruits and yogurt. The evening meal is also a butter style with chefs cooking made to order steaks and fish and pasta dishes . I found the made to order food is the hottest. Again lots of choices I have to say I had pudding every day - they were delicious. Accessibility- there are table reserved near the buffet for anyone with accessibility needs. ENTERTAINMENT evening entertainment starts at 9 and was a singer or dancer. When we were there anyway . It was inside as the it was a little cool at night. Bar service always attentive and efficient. GYM Gym is in the ground floor and had a free weights a bench, rowing machine etc. small but has most things - annoyingly tho and only gripe is that you have to get key card from reception every every day. There is an attached studio from Pilates /yoga every weekday at 11 I believe. SPA This is on floor 5 and they offer a range of massages etc. on a chilly day we had a doubles massage and it was absolutely fantastic, probably one of the best I have had (although not had many) also excellent value. You have to book this. LOCATION on the beach with direct access with your room card, near lots of shops and restaurants and a supermarket right across the road. So perfect. KIDS I didn’t notice anything really for kids but I did see high chairs being used. OVERALL Excellent we had everything we needed. For a lovely weeks away in the sun. Thank you to the staff"
