"As usual upon arrival (07 05 25 for two weeks) we had the warmest welcome from the concierge, reception team.
A welcome drink later we were seamlessly checked in and being transported to our room via club car.
Our room was absolutely wonderful, it was extremely clean throughout with fresh bed linen and towels, plenty of water, tissues and a nice selection of bathroom accessories.
Our wonderful house keeper kept it perfect for us for our entire stay and always with a smile.
Breakfast at the Zohreya restaurant is a must, the selection and food quality is amazing and the service impeccable, or you can just help yourself if you prefer, the staff here as in all the restaurants are friendly caring, and very professional and always want to help you.
All the restaurants serve the highest quality
food the standards of cleanliness is excellent.
The beverages are are amazing if you don't over indulge.
If you like you can take a club car from the Zohreya restaurant to anywhere within the hotel grounds, or if you have good legs its a very nice to walk around.
The grounds are more akin to a tropical garden of Eden, from fruit trees to herb garden.
The hotel gardener's work tirelessly every day to make the hotel look amazing and beautiful surroundings for all to see.
We usually go to the beach after breakfast via club car, once there we get our beds and settle in for the day the assistants of the lifeguards who as usual are the best always smiling friendly and they always want to help you.
Dining here is a wonderful experience we visited the Sanafir almost daily for lunch, we didn't have time to visit all the night time restaurants but the we ones we did, limoni, Amoura, Sanafir and Zohreya were as usual the best food and beverages and service with a smile.
The hotel rooms, buildings and facilities are maintained to an extremely high standard,
The men in blue overalls do an amazing job behind the scenes and are very professional tradesmen and are more than capable of handling any task.
Hotel cleanliness is the best every department is run to very high standards.
If there is an issue Guest relations will work with you to get the best solution possible, they will do their utmost to guarantee the best guest experience.
The Security team at the Alcazar are vigilant experienced and very professional I cannot thank them enough for keeping me and my family safe at all times.
In May we went as a couple as we usually do every year, however in September we took our family for the first time to experience this fantastic hotel our daughter her partner and our grandson who is autistic

It was a different experience but nothing had changed, we got to experience the children's pool.
It was great because it was under cover to protect the little ones, the staff were amazing with our grandson even when he threw a paddy and didn’t want to get out of the pool.
Mahmoud is his favourite waiter at the Sanafir he always had his spaghetti and cheese waiting for him at lunchtimes and dinner, he still talks about him now.
We also experienced the family pool which made a lovely change from the adult pool which is ideal if you want peace and quiet.
There was plenty for him to do during the day and at night we took him to the nightly shows which were fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the animation team were amazing.
We booked two rooms next to each other
which consisted of a main bedroom with a king size bed, two single beds in a separate area with bathroom between with ample storage space opposite.
Spacious and kept very very clean.
It was beneficial for us as a family because we could put little one to bed and have drinks on the balcony.
Again as a family food choices were more than enough even for fussy a eater like our grandson who looked forward to breakfast every day.
The Staff, Guest relations, and the entire Management team worked tirelessly to make sure we were having a good time.
It was the first time taking our grandson to Egypt who is four, we did worry about mosquitos and the heat in September which was around the mid 30s, however we had no problems with either, they spray every night and will fumigate your room upon request, there is also the bat man who zaps them on site.
There is an abundance of shade for children at the Alcazar with plenty of ways to keep cool so there was never an issue with heat.
Our daughter and partner loved the cocktails, choices of food and beautiful surroundings, most of all our grandson loved the club cars or as he called them adventure cars.
He got so excited whenever they came, and the drivers were fantastic with him.
The consistency of the Stiegenburger Alcazar Staff, Management team and Guest relations are amazing we get the same great treatment and high standards as we have always had.
