  • easyJet holidays has seen one of the biggest year-on-year increases, with its score up by 4.5 points compared to July 2025

easyJet holidays has been named in the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), securing a place among the UK's top organisations for customer satisfaction following one of the biggest year-on-year improvements in the Index.

The package holiday provider has climbed the rankings and received a score of 81.7, an increase of 4.5 points compared to July 2025, reflecting its continued focus on delivering great value holidays and excellent customer service.

The recognition comes as easyJet holidays continues to grow its reputation as one of the UK's leading package holiday providers, offering holidaymakers great value, unbeatable flexibility and award-winning customer experience from booking through to return.

What is the UKCSI?

Published twice a year by The Institute of Customer Service, the UKCSI is a leading independent benchmark that measures customer satisfaction of 277 organisations and organisation types across 13 sectors of the UK economy.

UKCSI scores are determined on customers’ feedback on 25 measures covering both transactional experiences and broader aspects of customers’ relationships with organisations.
