"We had an amazing stay here. It was in a central location and close to so many places. It was also surrounded by amazing restaurants and pubs. Super convenient to tons of shopping as well. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Awesome shower, even though it runs very hot. Breakfast had an awesome selection and was delicious. The front desk staff was super helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough good things. We cannot wait to go back."

"We arrived just about midday,& were just going to leave our case at left luggage,with being early for check-in. The friendly guy on reception,informed us, there was a room ready if we'd like it? He explained if we signed up to become a member then we wouldn't need to pay the £25 early check-in fee. So we signed up there & then. Our room was on the 4th floor,won't disagree with others,the rooms do really need lots of TLC. Loads of scuff marks on the walls,skirting & furniture,a wee bit grubby looking,but clean,bed & pillows were comfy too,& at the end of the day,it is just a place to get your head down. Our room was small,& a little stuffy,we had to open the window. You can hear the noise outside(friday night) ,obviously where this hotel is,its literally bang in the city centre. So didn't bother us too much, we got off to sleep now probs. What did bother us was the bin lorries at 6am emptying the glass bottle bins,not the wake up call we required. That was us both awake. On the plus side,this hotel is in a brilliant location,its absolutely ideal,for what ever direction you head in,in the city centre,its close to the train station & buchanan bus station too. All the staff were spoke to were very professional & pleasant."

"Perfect Location, got a free room upgrade, 1 use slippers, bathrobes tea coffee and nespresso machine, maje sure you hold the left button on top down so coffee actually comes out lol..staff were friendly, shout out to Matthew and Rohan..Breakfast was fine..Many Thanks"
