Hilton Glasgow

"I went to Glasgow with my mom to celebrate my birthday. We had previously visited Scotland, but had been wanting to go to Glasgow for the longest time. I've stayed at Hilton hotels before, so this was an obvious choice for us. Let me just say, it didn't now disappoint! The location worked great for us. It was central, with very easy access to shops and the city centre (and, if you're anything like us, the tour bus stops). I was in awe of the interior decoration. Lovely atmosphere, and the staff made it super cozy and welcoming. The room was amazing also, and very quiet. The room service staff took very good care of us, leaving everything spotless. We didn't manage to go to the gym or the spa, but it'll be something I definitely do during my next visit. We loved the food (breakfast and restaurant). We also tried the restaurant, Whiskey Mist, during our stay for my birthday dinner and drinks. Shoutout to Niamh for being the friendliest, nicest and funniest waitress. She was so fun to be around, so attentive and took such good care of us. Finally, I'd like to give a massive shoutout to Shannon in reception, she truly made my birthday super special and was always there for any questions or to give us any recommendations during the stay. 10/10 experience and great value for money! People really make Glasgow xx"

"Afternoon tea The afternoon tea was excellent. Food was delicious and Lazaros was great in explaining what we were getting and tea selections. He went out of his way to find a safety pin when my strap burst. Will definitely be back."
