"There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. I wanted to work on my laptop, I was told there is a quiet room down stairs.! Really! No AC. Fan is available. No lifts. Stairs are available! Carpet is available though, should see the state of it!"

"Booked this hotel again for a short stay. On arrival given a room at the end of a long corridor which also involved negotiating stairs. Requested a move which resulted in a much smaller room with no view. On the third attempt a room with a view plus a walk in shower was allocated. Room was clean but water pressure was very low resulting in a poor shower experience. Too tired to try again with a different room. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Bread wrapped in cellophane, tinned fruit and very tired looking hot breakfast. No interaction between staff and customers and everything was self service. No one on reception on departure but sadly I will not be rushing to return as I feel that the general standards have declined over the last few years . A very disappointing stay."

"This is a 3 star PLUS hotel with a nice leisure center pool, steam and sauna rooms. Due to multiple extentions the layout is a bit confusing initially but you soon get used to it. While the decor is a bit tired in places everything was clean. My room was small and included a fan and bath but did not have a fridge. A lot of the rooms face the busy road but I was not disturbed by road noise at night. It is a pleasent 20 minute walk from the airport which means you can only barely hear the planes. The breakfast as previously mentioned is very good. There was a nice local family feel to this hotel unlike the other hotels beside the airport. My B&B was a better price than the airport hotels as well. The number 77 bus stop outside the hotel every 30 mins takes you directly to the airport. There is also a nice competively priced "all you can eat" Chinese buffet 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall a good value for money option in a flexible location."
