"The only thing that matters is that the beds are atrocious. They are firm. No, that’s not right. They feel like you’re sleeping on blocks of concrete. They are literally the type of beds that can be found in American college dorm rooms. After the first night of a planned multi-night stay, I was ready to leave. Thankfully, I remembered that we’d walked past The Foam Store, which is across the street from the hotel, and the proprietor, Gavin, was able to provide a foam pad to put on the bed, which made it tolerable. Still, I would not recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable bed. Everything else was fine but for me an uncomfortable bed is a deal breaker."

"Pleasant, well-equipped apartments, with even the studios offering a comfortable amount of space. The kitchen had most things you would need, including a very large fridge. There were some minor faults with the shower fitting, but the main drawback was a faint sewage smell that persisted throughout our stay. This was unpleasant, and the staff seemed unable to resolve it. The staff themselves were very friendly and helpful. The property is good value and is also well located in what I would describe as a “lively” area of the city. Overall, there was plenty to like, but the persistent smell detracted from the experience."

"I booked a room for 12 days and expected to be given a room on a higher floor or atleast a room facing outside because I was bringing long term business for the hotel, but I was so wrong. They gave me run down room on the 4th floor facing the garbage court. While checking in the check in lady took 15 minutes to turn up, even though I had informed them beforehand that I would check in after midnight. The lady on guard duty was polite and visibly uncomfortable that the check in lady was taking so long to turn up. And when I asked for a room on a higher floor, I was informed there was none available and then not possible with a very bad attitude and lies which were quite apparent. Then she knowingly scribbled my room number incorrectly and only wrote down the proper room number after I asked her to. This will be my first and last stay at the property."
