Aparthotel Adagio Glasgow Central

"It was great. The apartments are tight but cozy. The rooms are clean and modern. The location is fantastic. The hot water doesn’t run out. I overall did not feel like I missed anything for the price point. My nitpicky complaints are that I don’t think we get actual temperature control of the air on. Just on/off. The tvs are not smart. You have to setup and dress the couch bed even if it’s a 4 person apartment. Finally they have no lunch/dinner food service or a bar. For the price I think these are all reasonable misses but should be mentioned in case someone would prefer another stay over this. Overall I had a great time and I would absolutely stay again and recommend to other people."

"We wouldn't really stop here again as my wife felt unsafe in this property with some of cliental staying we found out when checking out what i heard staff say to the person at desk getting his keys was council booking. Real shame the room we had lovely view and everything we needed but we really felt unsafe"

"Staff were friendly & allowed us to check in slightly earlier than check in time. There were lots of suggestions on the chalkboard behind reception of places to go/eat & visit. Studio room was spacious & plenty of items to use if needed, such as pots/pans, cutlery etc. We had a fantastic view of Celtic football ground & the river to the right of us. Considering it was over the New Year, it was good value for money compared to a lot of other places in Glasgow. 2 downfalls to our stay; 1) When we arrived into the room, there was a bit of a funky smell coming from the bathroom. Initially we thought it was cleaning product but then soon realised it was a drain type smell. It was very strong but came & went. We just had to make sure we kept the bathroom door closed. 2) No onsite parking. They do provide a code to give a discount in the Q-Park carparks. This still cost us £55 for the 4 days we stayed, but would have been £97."
