"absolutely gorgeous hotel in the city centre would recommend to both friends and family, would stay here again spacious clean room, plenty amenities, two pillows, no complaints we parked in duke street car park (10 min walk and cheap to park in) luggage storage friendly and helpful staff, sophie was particularly friendly and pleasant"

"The hotel is nice overall: friendly and helpful staff, nice lobby, good breakfast and dinner. The room shower was great. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by poor quality of sleep, due to two main factors: an uncomfortable bed and noise. The mattress is soft, and feels as if it were caving in. I kept waking up feeling I was rolling off the bed. My husband and I are in our 40s and relatively fit, and yet woke up every single morning with lower back pain - which has never happened in any hotel I have stayed in, or at home. We tried removing the topper and it wasa bit better, but the mattress was still not great. Noise - doors close very loudly, and I woke up few times when people in nearby rooms went in or out during the night. I would suggest a system to slow the door or dampen the sound. Pity because the hotel is very nice otherwise."

"Booked in for the second time for our company meeting and did not fail to deliver in any aspect Great spotless rooms with perfect air conditioning very comfortable bed and pillows only thing I am not a fan of is no wardrobe just hanging space hate this new trend Reception is also nice and great work stations What made my trip even better was the amassing service from Kirsty due to my PTSD and non visual disability I call ahead to get information and support Called hotel day before and lucky to get Kirsty who amazingly remembered me I asked about disabled parking and Kirsty checked on line to advise me that I could park on the street displaying my Blue Badge FOC Incredible service and Kirsty went the extra mile to support me Kirsty is a credit to this hotel"
