"We had a 4-night stay at the Caledonian hotel and were more than impressed by the top-notch service we encountered. May it be Ria-Anne from the front desk that gave us the most amazing upgrade and the loveliest smile as well as Luckasz from the Court, everyone we met was just exceptional. Thanks as well to Shiva, Helen, Heather, Emilie to name a few. More team members impacted our stay but unfortunately did not catch their names. If you are looking for a hotel in Edinburgh, THIS IS THE ONE !"

"Of all the hotels we have stayed at over the years, we have NEVER felt more welcomed than we did here...Amy at the front desk is amazing...her personality is second to none...everyone at the concierge were friendly and professional and made some of the best recommendations to make our trip the best is could be...the rooms were perfect, everything was as comfortable as you could ask for..the location was great to be able to walk to everything...we will be back in 2027!!! "Great hotel! Excellent location across from Edinburgh Castle. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Very clean and the mattress and pillows were really good. It's a small thing but having iphone plugs in the outlets is so helpful to travelers. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with very friendly staff. The restaurant served a really nice breakfast buffet and lovely dinner at night. We highly recommend!"
