Stay Edinburgh City Apartments

"I stayed in a flat on the High Street for 7 nights. It looked exactly like in the photos. But, there's always a but, and here's a big BUT. I tried repetedly to contact concierge or the company, nil, no effect (Covid cannot be transmitted by phone by the way), so lack of communication. The internet connection worked from time to time, it would disappear in the middle of a video conference. So I used the free internet of the city (for which I am very grateful). Luggage storage inexistent, I have to leave the flat at 10 a.m. and my plane was at 7 p.m. At last by not least, the cherry on the top of the birthday cake: the staircase!!! I do believe that the stairs have not met the broom in this century, and that's a shame, because the general impression about the apartment is a good one. Those stairs are the access path to the flat, one cannot possibly leave them so filthy. Sorry guys, but the apartment start in the street, at the very gate where one enters the building. I am Scotland-addicted and I'll be back, but I certainly shall stay somewhere else."

"An enormous 4bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with everything our family of 5 needed for a 5 day stay. The location was right on the Royal Mile and so central to everything. A 5 minute walk to the wonderful Christmas markets. There were only stairs to access the apartment as others have mentioned, however that didn’t bother us. Two incredibly friendly staff members helped us with our luggage too. Other had mentioned noise however we didn’t find it a problem . You are in the centre so a little noise is expected. It never stopped us sleeping and there are bedrooms at the back if anyone wanted to be further away. Even with 3 kids and luggage we were able t I walk here in less than 10mins from the train station. The airport bus was close too This place was the highlight of our 5 week trip and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. "

"Stayed here for 3 days.apartment was lovely and big.very clean.the staff were very friendly.The apartment was local to everything.would stay here again. Edinburgh castle was about 5 minute walk. Alot of places to eat. Edinburgh dungeons were a lot of fun. The castle was amazing."
