"We booked an accessible room as my mother is disabled. The bed is ridiculously high which if you have mobility issues is awful. The bathroom has no space for manoeuvring if you have crutches or a walker like my mother and there is a step up to the shower that again not great. We were very disappointed with room. We paid a lot of money for this and definitely did not get what we paid for! The only reason I have given it 1 star is that the staff were friendly and the location was great. The room was also clean but so disappointed. My mother is now in a lot of pain because of these issues impacting her disability!"
