"Our experience was wonderful, the staff were relaxed and extremely friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very special and catered to. They explained everything to me price wise with and without packages and made us feel at home as this was a new experience for us. I appreciated everything they did for us as well as breakfast on the house for our second night. This was a lovely experience and especially the servitude and caring attitude from Imaan. Me and my partner will definitely be returning for future visits! The suite next, here we comeee, can't wait! Atmosphere was beautiful with lots of lighting and red lighting as well for a dimmer more intimate touch. I especially liked the intimate feel of everything and I would recommend to anyone attending as a couple."

"I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the whole the experience was very good. It’s a lovely, stylish hotel with a clear point of view. The rooms, whilst small, are exceptionally designed. The staff, all but one, were very friendly and helpful, and not in an annoying way. There were lots of little details which made the stay fun. On the downside, the rooms are small and awkward. The makeup mirror floated over the luggage rack making it difficult to use. The fact I had to slide and roll and climb over my husband to get out of the bed in the night felt annoying given we paid £350 per night. The bathroom was very small and difficult to manoeuvre in. A special mention for the obnoxious young blonde guy on reception when we arrived. Completely ignoring guests, it even a “I’ll be with you in a minute” doesn’t feel on brand for this hotel. Overall positive but with niggles."

"Stayed here for the night when uk at the fringe Extremely dissapointed …. The Glasgow venue is on a different level to here. Location is great and the staff can’t do enough for you but the room and the venue itself is extremely underwhelming Room we had was tiny,unclean and in serious need of repairs … holes in the bed and ceiling … horrible white stains on the chairs …. We paid extra for the four poster but I’d have honestly been better with a sleeping bag on the floor Decided to pay a little extra and stay here as it was a special occasion but feel severely ripped off. Never again …. My experience is actually making me reconsider even ever staying at the Glasgow venue again. Both myself and my partner were gutted"
