"Very nice hotel lovely rooms comfy large bed nice bathrooms very clean. Guest services that refresh your room daily if required at no extra charge tea and coffee in your room also iron and ironing board, decent hairdryer as-well. accommodating staff very welcoming. nice buffet style breakfast very fresh tea and coffee available bar area also a Lebanese restaurant that serves amazing food with wonderful staff true credit to the hotel. Lovely place to stay just a walk away from the city centre and the famous castle also parking available at a small charge in comparison to local car parks that may be more and not so secure."

"Nice hotel. Not in the heart of places to visit but definitely within walking distance To a lot. Room clean, breakfast included with full English style options. Staff friendly. My only issue is lighting in bathroom. Not only this hotel but all hotels I’ve been in recently. Lighting not conducive for applying makeup. Not bright enough. Make sure you keep a key in the slot by the front door so that your air conditioner/heat will Work when out of the room. Would stay there again."

"Overall good hotel near financial district. We had a queen bed room with queen sofa; room was small but seemed updated. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was above average and room to eat was spacious for a Hampton, at least compared to the US. One thing management should address is the lack of a grab bar in the shower (see attached photo). You step up unusually about 7 or 8 inches to get into the shower-coming out I needed my wife to help out getting out due to lack of a grab bar."
