"Good Location In The Centre of town. Near Pubs And Restaurants. Hotel Staff Very very Helpful . Rooms Were Large. We Had A Vehicle . Parking Next Door. Very Good. My Only Complaint Was The Breakfast. You Were Stuck In A Small Room On The Second Floor. Coffee And Toast. Not Good"

"We stayed here specifically because of location and the washer/dryer feature, as this was the midpoint of our trip. The washer worked well but dryer was confusing and slow. The appliance instructions were provided. They provided a huge drying rack and detergent tabs. We stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments down the street from the main office. We were thankful that the staff walked us to our room! I wish I remembered her name but we were so tired it didn’t stick. The bed was comfortable but pillows were too fluffy for us - we like flatter pillows, I guess! The apartment had a door separating the kitchen/living area from the hall/bath/bedroom. We believe it is for fire safety but walking to and from was a lot and we wished there was a doorstop. This was a minor inconvenience though. We loved the location - 5-10 min to the Haymarket train/tram/bus station, about 20-30 min from Royal Mile/Edinburgh Castle. Great stay!"
