Best Western Plus Bruntsfield Hotel

"We had a fantastic stay at The Bruntsfield Hotel! Our room (Room 216) was exceptional—bright, well-appointed, and came with a lovely separate living area that gave us plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the great views directly over the park made it feel extra special. The hotel amenities and service really stood out: Staff: Truly fabulous—welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast: Delicious with an abundance of variety and plenty of choice to set you up for the day. Parking: Having an on-site car park in Edinburgh is a huge bonus and made our travel completely stress-free. Location: Spot on! It’s in a great, vibrant neighbourhood and an easy, pleasant walk right up to Edinburgh Castle and the historic city centre. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Room 216!"

"Just returned from a few nights at this hotel. The hotel its self has a comforting feel very clean with an old school manor warmth to it. Perfect for autumn respite when the nights get cold. It’s an old building with character which I think has had its challenges when renovating. The dressing gowns, slippers, red tea cakes, nice drink options within the room - absolutely excellent! Service change of 12% on a beer at the bar slightly strong but this is a city plus the bar man made the perfect white wine spritz for me. We had a situation while there which was dealt with within 24 hours by management very professionally via email great signs of a productive business model. We joined a tour and found others on the same tour also staying in the hotel which was lovely to debrief after just an exciting journey into the highlands. Breakfast was impressive and staff very friendly. Good choice of both cold & Hot options - nice atmosphere. Location was perfect for walking to castle and enjoy a hot chocolate from the vital location - upland roast just a little walk from the hotel up to the meadows easily found on google maps. 🍂"
