"While reception were very nice and helpful unfortunately the room wasn’t as good . Fan provided didn’t work ,the shower was cold . And glad I went out to eat as when I returned I paid the most I’ve paid for a pint in Scotland £7. Also was advised that the pay and display car park was £12 for 24 hours and if less than 24 hours it would come down on an equivalent amount. So 11 hours cost me over £14!!!!!!!! Not impressed at all premier inn would have been better and that’s saying something"

"Great location. Listed building so no double glazing, which means we could hear ppl screaming as well as the traffic noise on Union Terrace. Lovely breakfast."

"I stayed for one night on my own. The hotel is very well located and I wanted quick and easy access to the railway station. I booked a single room and breakfast - and it was an extremely good deal. When I checked in, I was upgraded to a double room. My room was of a good size and the shower worked well. It was very clean and I had a comfortable bed. I was surprised by the buffet breakfast - it was excellent, both for hot and cold food. The hotel is ‘tired’ but it is welcoming, fully equipped, and really excellent value. I recommend it and I’d go there again."
