"The location was the only decent thing about the hotel. Our room was dated, smelly, dingy and dirty - lots of items worn and / or broken. Breakfast was chaotic and the car parking a shambles - avoid !"

"In the middle of a three night break to see family and chose to stay at this hotel for convenience. It was a great choice the hotel was clean and breakfast was good but what's made the stay exceptional was when we returned to the hotel for a drink and Allyn served us. He was super friendly and facilitated our son watching his beloved football team on the TV which kept our son entertained whilst we could relax a little. Nothing was too much trouble, it made our son's day being able to watch the game. An asset to the team and now our son wants to return to the hotel every time we come back! It's the little moments that make a trip memorable and this was one of them."
