"Fantastic stay. Welcomed by Sharon. Check in was effortless. We were recognised by our IHG status. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. All the amenities we needed. The Executive Lounge was peaceful with a range of snacks and drinks. Dylan was attentive and very professional. We managed to see Ashleigh in the evening. She always remembers us and knows our name. Breakfast had a huge selection. We were attended to by Rhianna and Danielle who worked continuously. The ladies who take the bookings never get a mention. Niki and Sam. They’re always there to assist. It’s classed as an Airport hotel. We don’t stay too far away from the location and enjoy an evening away to chill. It’s a fun and friendly hotel. It’s welcoming and pleasant. Parking is effortless. Food is delicious. I highly recommend."

"I recently enjoyed a fantastic two‑night stay at the Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport, and despite not actually flying anywhere, I’m so glad I chose this hotel. As an IHG Diamond member, I found the value outstanding and the service genuinely memorable. Arriving by train into Aberdeen, the hotel is very easy to reach — a regular bus runs every 15 minutes from Union Square, and a day ticket is excellent value at around £5.90. The bus stop is only a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient for trips back into the city. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm Scottish welcome. Our room had been upgraded to a Premium room, which was much appreciated. The view over the airport was surprisingly enjoyable, and despite the proximity, the room was perfectly quiet. We caught the end of the lounge service on our first evening. Although not widely advertised, lounge access here is generous — you can order drinks directly from the bar, including cider or spirits, rather than being limited to basic wine or beer as is common in many Crowne Plazas. Snacks were plentiful, with a small selection of warm canapés. We returned the next day and found the experience consistently good. Staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast service was a highlight. A gentleman at breakfast kindly arranged pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, which were delicious. The breakfast offering overall was strong, though the concentrated juice felt out of place in an otherwise high‑quality spread. Check‑out was handled smoothly by the front office manager, who was another credit to the hotel. It’s clear the GM has a great eye for talent — every interaction we had was warm, professional, and genuinely guest‑focused. The only thing I would have loved is leisure facilities, which nearby competitors offer. However, everything else about the stay more than made up for this. Absolutely worth the 35 minute bus ride from the city — a wonderfully run hotel with excellent staff, quiet and comfortable rooms, and a generous lounge experience. I’d return in a heartbeat."

"Reception was really poor. Paid £160 for B&B. Try to stop me having breakfast when I paid for it. Won’t be using this hotel again. Not recommended at this price !"
