"DO NOT STAY IF YOU HAVE CHEST ISSUES!! This hotel runs Ozone making machines between guests.. in my case, the machine wasn't turned off before I arrived. The hallways all stink of the chlorine highly toxic fumes from these machines, never mind walking into a sealed room with one still on. I immediately turned it off because of the smell and opened the window wide, but 5 mins after entering I took a nose bleed, and my chest has been tight for days after staying. With some blood from inflammation in my lungs. I have cystic fibrosis, this machine could have been deadly to me. But because I didn't find out until after id left what the machine was and did I never reported it and they refuse to give any refund or customer service. Pillows were like balloons , very sore neck next morning."

"​The location is fantastic and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout. However, the accommodation itself leaves quite a bit to be desired. The bed was very small, and the building feels a lot like a converted hospital or student hall, giving the whole place more of a hostel vibe than a hotel. Overall, it really wasn't a very comfortable place to stay. It's fine if you just need a base to drop your bags and won't be spending much time in the room, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for comfort or relaxation"

"I booked based on location of an event I was at. A good bit more expensive than the nearby premier inn. The premier inn wins every time of this place. Spotlessly clean. Nice rooms. Good bathroom. So lots going for it ! Room size for the money is small. There isn’t really any sort of reception area to speak of. The main irritation is the doors are traditional manual keys with no additional lock inside the hotel room. So in theory a master key could unlock the door and you can’t stop it. I’m not sure this is great safety. In summary it’s ok, but you can do better for less."
