Premier Inn Belfast City Centre Alfred Street

"Not enough staff to cope with fully booked hotel. Booked 3 rooms - 1 was let with wet, mouldy smelling carpet & mouldy smelling bed linen. No breakfast available on 3rd morning. The staff that were on duty were doing multiple jobs. Bar staff/ housekeeping all told us how under staffed they were. Not the service I’ve come to expect from Premier Inn particularly when paying over £2000 for 3 rooms!"

"Booked because they had an offer of complimentary hot breakfast. No chef …. No breakfast! They didn’t want to know! This is the second time this has happened us. Bangor, a couple of months ago, same thing, no chef, no hot breakfast. Not good enough. Plenty of other establishments where you will get your breakfast. The fact they didn’t give monkeys cuss was what made it all the more frustrating."

"My group and I had a great stay despite booking last minute. Although there were a few hiccups on arrival Stephen and Stephen at reception were exceptionally helpful and quite humorous, they were the sunlight in our thunderstorm.
