"Great stay. Only for one night, but that didn’t matter to the staff who seemed to be going above and beyond to help anyone at reception. I don’t usually leave reviews as we’re all busy, but on this occasion I felt compelled. I clocked the name badges of the two people doing the check ins: Leona and Jonathan. Thanks to both of you for everything."

"This was first time staying at this Premier Inn, and we were very impressed. The room, as we have come to expect of a Premier Inn, was clean, and had all that we needed for our short stay. Tea/coffee, soap/shampoo and a very comfortable bed. We had the added benefit of being able to open the window, which isn't always an option in other Premier Inns. The breakfast was hot, plentiful and very tasty, with a good mix of hot and cold food, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee and tea. The location of the hotel was very central, only a few minutes from City Hall and the shopping district. The one thing we have always been impressed with in Premier Inns are the great team that look after us, Joe, Aaron, Leona, Jonny and Kirsty. Hope I haven't left anybody out. The guys were so helpful, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back, hopefully soon."

"My wife and 2 kids book into this hotel whenever we go to Belfast and couldn’t speak highly enough about it and the staff. The location is perfect, rooms are nice and the breakfast really good. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff who couldn't do enough for us, especially Jonathan and Leona who looked after us and our daughter’s baby doll so well - she had great fun and it made the trip for her, and for us! We will be back!"
