"Room is basic but has everything you need. Bed comfortable and shower is good. I wardrobe or cupboards for storage if gear but ideal for a be night stay. Unfortunately this hotel seems to attract less desirable folk who think it’s ok to run up corridors at 2am and then 3.20 am making silly noises in a Monday night. Won’t be staying here again and will pay a little extra for the peace and quiet elsewhere. Not impressed and spoilt my nights sleep."

"We stayed for 3 nights, yes room was a bit small, but we knew what we were booking. Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, great shower and a nice firm comfy bed, will stay again next time we're in Belfast."

"I will start with the obvious, the rooms are very small. I was in a "small double room" for one person for one night and the room would not have been a fit for more people or more time. Even for Euro standards, this is a small room. But again, for one person, it was fine to crawl over the bed, have luggage in the "hallway" and two hangers for jackets, etc. The room was only more snug due to poor weather and needing to dry out items. Bathroom though is a good size, especially shower, although water pressure is not great. Wifi was strong and overall very solid while I was there. And, the location is really perfect from Central Station and the Cathedral Quarter. A few other things to note: Check in is at 3pm, there is no early check in without a 20 GBP fee. Luggage storage is 5 GBP per room. For a budget option this was fine, especially because I had an early train the next day. But this just isn't a place to lounge and relax after exploring. There is a cafe on site but no real place to hang out outside of the rooms. If I got another great rate here, I would consider staying again."
