"Booked this aparment for 2 people 4 months in advance. Then I recieved a refund and an email from booking.com saying my booking was cancelled SEVEN DAYS before we were due to arrive. They offered no compensation, no alternative accomodation and didn't even bother replying to my emails. I was left to try find alternative accomodation within less than a week, which ended up being extrememly costly because of the late notice. Appalling service, do not book unless you want to be disappointed."

"If it was possible to leave ZERO stars I would. This accommodation was booked for 14 people 8 months in advance of arriving. 9 days before our stay this accommodation cancelled our booking. They tried to blame booking.com for this however after investigating this it was them that made the mistake however they won’t of course own up to this. So 9 days from arriving we will be homeless in Belfast. They offered no alternative accommodation and we’re extremely unhelpful."

"The communication with their customer service was extremely bad and unprofessional. As we would not be able to make it due to the coronavirus with our flights being cancelled, I requested a refund foor the inne night we were due to stay there. At the beginning they were sending me back to booking.com claiming that that this request had to come via booking.com as it was due to covid-19. Even though I sent them a couple of messages via booking.com I received no response. I also emailed them a few times separately, to no avail. I eventually received some responses saying that the request has been shared with their accountant team and that there is also an option of rescheduling with no fee. I selected the refund option,however no one replied to me with the confirmation on that for a few weeks until the date of our planned stay has passed. I've chased them a few times before and after that until today, receiving an email stating that they are not able to refund me due to the nonrefundable option selected by me. They did not apologise for not coming back to me earlier or for wasting my time by back and forth communication, neither they give us an option of rescheduling anymore. I'm very disappointed of their lack of understanding the covid-19 situation and lack of professionalism, especially because it was only over £48! 🤦🏼‍♀️"
