"We opted for a one bedroom superior apartment. It was spacious & clean although the bathroom was cramped with noisy plumbing and cold bursts of water when showering. The towels were big and fluffy though. The bedroom was spacious - luckily we had a double sofa bed in the separate sitting area so my partner slept on that as the king bed in the bedroom was fitted in situ right up against the window so only easily accessible from one side. For this reason we wouldn't stay here again. The kitchen appliances were Smeg, so good quality - the microwave included a grill which we wanted to use. It took us a while to work out how to use it - some simple instructions wouldn't go amiss for appliances that don't just need the flick of a wall switch. Possibly for the thermostats too although I have to say our apartment maintained a comfortable temperature and I slept well on the very comfortable king bed. The sink in the kitchen was tiny with a very forceful tap - we had to be very careful not to waterlog the toaster etc when using it. So our stay was a bit of a mixed bag unfortunately. Final point, as other reviewers have said allow time to catch the elevators - we were on floor 20 so the stairs weren't an option for us with luggage."

"Firstly, I stayed last year and had a wonderful experience which is why I booked again this year. The twin room we stayed in this time was not up to scratch for a 4 star hotel. This time, we arrived after 12 and had already booked early checkin. The member of staff on the desk was rude and told me I had’t included it on my booking. I tried to show him proof and he was trying to make me pay again. After 5 mins of back and forth, he then checked his system and said “oh yeah, I see it now”. Didn’t even apologise! He clearly didn’t want to be there which is fine but don’t take it out on the customer! The room also was not up to scratch cleanliness wise and was starting to look worn. There were black short hairs on the duvet covers, on the pillows, on the sink tap and in the shower. The floors were not clean toward the window and the tv. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the walls by the lift had all brown stains down them which could easily have been washed off. The tv remote was full of dust and so was the shower rail. No bag in the bin in the bathroom. There were all marks above the headboard. 4G/5G didn’t really work in this area and I personally won’t be staying here again."
