"Disappointing stay – would not stay again We stayed here for a family trip to Manchester and, unfortunately, were really disappointed with the cleanliness and overall experience. The room itself was a good size for a family, and having a kitchen was a definite positive. However, the cleanliness was simply not acceptable. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and even the kitchen utensils were dirty. It really didn’t feel like the room had been properly cleaned before we arrived. We also had to ask twice for extra pillows and waited a very long time for them. We only had one pillow each, and we didn’t think asking for a few extra pillows was an unreasonable request. The attitude of the lady on reception also left a lot to be desired. We felt as though our concerns were met with a lack of care or interest. Another major concern was the security of the building. We were shocked that you could access the hotel corridors and get to the guest rooms without needing a key card. As a family, this made us feel uncomfortable and raised serious questions about guest security. Honestly, the hotel is not like the pictures, and the standard was nowhere near what we expected. Yes, it is relatively cheap for a city-centre location, and the room size and kitchen are useful for families, but that should not mean compromising on basic cleanliness, customer service and security. If cleanliness is important to you, I would think twice before booking this hotel. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. We chose it for the location and price, but we left feeling very disappointed."

Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Rajae, to whom we owe a special thanks for having managed with competence and professionalism to resolve in a few minutes a small problem due to an inaccuracy of mine at the time of booking. Highly recommended!!"
