The Luton Hotel

"I honestly don’t know if this hotel review themselves on other sites but it would definitely not get 4 stars from me. I know I was only there to sleep but the room was dirty. I got a shower in my sandals as it was dirty and the water wouldn’t go down the hole properly. The next day I drove 3 hours home in my pjs to get a shower. I couldn’t take my shoes off as the carpet was grim and dirty. The hand rails looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for months. Honestly the worst low budget I’ve ever stayed at. I even complained which I don’t normally do. Never again"

"Avoid!!!!!! Worst hotel (if you can call it that) the room was damp and had the worst musty smell ever!Then I realised the carpet was soaking wet!!!. Spoke to the concierge who came to check by taking off his shoes to test how wet the carpet was with his feet! And then laughed it off and could not be bothered to offer any other room and decide to falsely accuse me of selecting that room after he assigned the room."

"They dont have parking so no where to park to check in. They were burning rubbish in front if the hotel. Area is bad and safety is bad. Avoid!"
