"Hi Everyone myself and my friend who are disabled due to mobility stayed on Friday 26th June we asked for a disabled access shower walk in or wet room Staff were very polite when booking and assured us they would give us this We arrived after 7pm due to train delays and were made welcome nothing was too much trouble we were escorted up in lift and too our room Room was a big twin room and very clean however when we went to have a shower in morning I realised dispite the shower being accessible it had no grabrails so sadly we couldn't use it after all Evening meal ok in small cafe like restaurant and bar again staff were very helpful and polite so hence why we gave them a higher rating it is basic economical and in a good location thank you to all staff for your help and support whilst we were there they are in process of making rooms more disability friendly the wet room facility had already been allocated would go back as they know now exactly what we need when we come to visit our elderly mum for the day"

"We were staying at the horrible Thistle Hotel Luton for two nights. It was so bad we left and booked the OYO. What a relief to get in, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Stay here if you are in the area."

"Check in quick and fellow polite. Plenty of free parking. Near several restaurants/ takeaways. Stayed here many times. Each room has its own quirks. Stayed in room 224 this time. Has bedside lights but you cannot operate them independently. Turn the main light off next to the bed or the entrance and the bedside goes off as well. So you have brights lights all the time or darkness. None slip mats in the shower would be great. Usually get bottled water but nothing this time. Room and bathroom clean."
