"Really didn’t have high standards due to price but wow do I wish I had read the reviews before booking and visiting. Our stay here didn’t even last an hour. First room we had, mould all over the windows, no safety lock on the door, bathroom was dirty and headboard had a suspicious mark on it which we couldn’t tell if it was dirt or mould. Second room they gave us the door didn’t even close properly, went to open the curtains to be surprised that there were no windows behind it apart from what I can only describe as police cell windows at the very top so the curtains were absolutely pointless and weren’t even nice to look at. After this we decided as two lone females we did not feel safe to continue our stay so went back down to reception to ask for a refund on the payment they had taken from me less than an hour before. Receptionist tried to tell me I would have to speak to booking app as that’s what I paid through. I did not he took payment on our arrival. After having to get my bank statement up and showing him the charge on my card he finally refunded. Place is dirty. And when I say dirty I do not mean a little mess I mean very dirty to the point it would risk visitors health’s! The man on reception was rude and when he asked us to show us the problems in the room when we returned to the room we saw that our door hasn’t even closed properly. The safety locks on both room doors were broken and he tried to state these were not safety locks they were to keep the doors open if people were going room to room. This is untrue you can clearly see where the pin has been broken off the door part. If you value your safety and a good nights rest. Do not stay here."
