Premier Inn Luton Airport

"There are no facilities in the actual hotel. You have to cross the car park (in the rain) to get to the restaurant. Ground floor corridor stinks of old smoke. Room was typical for a Premier Inn quad room. Comfortable for us as a family. BUT, at first, I had to go back to reception to ask for batteries in the TV remote control (they had been removed) and then, the TV only has six channels (no CBBC or Cbeebies.) Parking is a rip off. £11.40 for one night for paying hotel guests, when you can't wait to get away as soon as possible."

"Disgusting, needs a good clean and the Indian woman at reception was SO rude! My son got locked out of his room, and when trying to get a new card, the Indian woman would not believe we had already booked in. Wanted proof when all our stuff was in our rooms etc. Would not accept my veteran ID only an email as ID."

"Basic but does what it needed to before an early morning flight. Smells musty and the halls could do with hoovering. The Brewers Fayre next door was empty but apparently only serving food if you had booked. Fortunately we were directed to The Illyrians restaurant which is less than a five minute walk away. Highly recommend this restaurant and will now always return to it when we fly from Luton. Great food at a very reasonable price."
