Courtyard Luton Airport

"Location: perfect: 10/10 Room: perfect: 10/10 Kitchen & Bar: poor service We waited 45 minutes for a drink (classic mojito) as we were informed that there was only one staff that could make that drink and we would have to wait a bit. When we asked for an update, we were constantly being told another “2 minutes” and that turned into 45 minutes. We saw that the only bar staff that could make this drink and other staff continue serving other people straightaway while I had to continue to wait. We ordered food but we got the main before the starter, and only after I asked about where our starter was, as the staff who bought us our food seemed unaware we were also waiting for our starter. The food was cooked well and we are happy with that. I’m slightly disappointed with the service but other than that the room is very comfortable."

"Clean, modern, bright and apparently very new hotel, usefully placed by Luton airport but too far to walk with bags. Got massively ripped off taking a taxi (£20 for half a mile) so I recommend using the local buses. Received a very warm Marriott welcome from Siraj (trainee) who checked us in quickly and efficiently. Just time for a drink before heading to our excellent room, served by Liam and Simran, working with enthusiasm, efficiency and good humour to keep everyone from waiting too long to get their orders. This charming , friendly pair made us feel really valued. Food still being served after 10pm: looked pretty good, especially the pizzas. Wished we hadn’t already eaten on the journey up. Pity we’re only here for the night, ahead of an early flight out, as I’d happily stay here a few days, it’s that nice."

"A lovely 1 night stay before an early morning flight. The room was nice and clean with great air con. Bed was comfortable and no issues. The food was fine, I had a burger which wasnt spectacular but wasnt the worst. I would definitely stay here again. To add, it takes approx 15 min walk to airport from this hotel, however, be aware there is a hill."
