"Really bad experience. This hotel had no running water when arrived no running water when I left could not shower at all. What is the main thing you want when you get to a hotel a shower. The AC was on full blast the room was absolutely freezing that I even got ill. The pillows were so thin that your head was hitting the bed. And the quilt cover was dirty and turned the other way around. Put I complaint in. And they said it would be reported and logged waiting months did not hear anything. So I thought go through booking.com who I booked it with. Even worse booking.com did absolutely nothing about it as well. Poor customer services don't think if you go through booking.com that anything will ever be sorted because it won't. O ye booking.com gave me 8 pounds to use on my next booking very sad how hotels can get away with things like this. Absolutely shameful"

"Smelly, dirty, and worn-out. Having checked-in, I "experienced" the corridors, and then the room. I decided not to stay the night, and moved to a different hotel. They did offer a different room, but I didn't want to waste any more time. I requested a refund, that they, eventually. denied. They claim to care, but will do precisely nothing."
