"Very comfortable overnight stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and our room was ready 2 hours before check in, which was a bonus. Room itself had everything we needed, although I’m not sure about the frosted glass for the toilet and shower. If we didn’t know each other well before, we do now lol. Black out blinds were so good we nearly missed breakfast! Breakfast was buffet style but tasty. Good location close to the tube. Not sure why all the negative reviews to be honest. Had no issues at all."

"Wow! Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few. The concept is all wrong, lots of things to be done on line before you even arrive. You’re given a code to get in through the door to the hotel, very welcoming ~ not. The bed is a sort of orthopaedic affair. You need to press a button to make it flat - room looks very small otherwise. Bathroom is partitioned from the main room by a fluted glass screen. Do you want to see your partner on the loo? Coffee but no milk no tea mean, mean, mean. We were advised that we could purchase those items at a nearby Morrisons or from reception. ARGHH!👎😖☹️. £169! Please don’t go."

"On check-in, the hotel looked smart enough — think Premier Inn on steroids — but the experience quickly went downhill. The staff member at the door barely looked up and told me to “check in myself,” which set the tone for a rather cold welcome. My room, which cost £300 a night, had no windows. It felt more like a lab than a hotel room — stark white walls, harsh LED mood lights, and an overall sterile feel. There was no water, no coffee, no tea, and the amenities were extremely minimal for the price point. I stopped by the bar for a drink — service was fine but no warmth, no smiles, and the place was completely empty. Frankly, if you design a hotel that feels this impersonal, it’s no wonder no one wants to linger for food or drinks. Overall: clean and functional, but utterly lacking in atmosphere or hospitality. I won’t be staying again."
