"We stayed at this hotel from 3rd to 8th September, expecting a high-quality and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our disappointment began on the very first day. When we used the shower for the first time, the bathroom quickly flooded, with water spreading across the entire floor. We immediately contacted the hotel reception to report the issue and request a solution. After waiting several hours, a member of the front desk team eventually came to our room, explaining that no maintenance staff were available at that time. Despite their efforts, the problem could not be resolved. We were also informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative room with a similar configuration was available. We were assured that the issue would be resolved the following day if it persisted, and we were offered complimentary breakfast as an apology for the inconvenience only for the second day. The next day, we were informed that the problem had been fixed. However, when we returned to our room, we discovered that absolutely nothing had changed. The shower continued to flood the bathroom exactly as before. I expressed my frustration and disappointment once again, only to be told that, at that time of day, there was nothing more they could do. Instead of resolving the issue or moving us to another room, the hotel arranged for us to use the shower in a different room. This unacceptable situation continued until the night of 5th September, when, after repeatedly expressing my dissatisfaction, the hotel finally provided us with another room. Only during the final two nights of our stay were we able to enjoy the experience we had originally expected. However, the problems did not end there. On our final day, the hotel manager personally informed me that a partial refund for our stay had been requested and that I would receive it shortly as compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be completely misleading. After waiting without receiving any refund, I contacted Super.com, the platform through which we had made our reservation. To my surprise, they confirmed that they had received absolutely no refund request or authorisation from the hotel. I subsequently contacted the hotel several times through WhatsApp and email, only to receive a series of contradictory explanations. Initially, I was told that the refund had already been processed. Later, the explanation changed, and I was informed that Super.com needed to contact the hotel directly. Eventually, the hotel simply stopped responding altogether. I even forwarded Super.com's email to the hotel to help resolve the matter, but to this day, I have received neither the promised refund nor any further response. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is not simply the technical problem with the shower. Maintenance issues can happen at any hotel, and guests can generally understand that. What is unacceptable is the repeated failure to resolve the problem, the contradictory information provided, the unfulfilled promises, and ultimately the complete lack of communication. We paid for a hotel experience that we were only able to enjoy properly during the final two nights of our five-night stay. A hotel should be judged not only by its facilities but also by how it treats its guests when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, in our case, the management failed to demonstrate the professionalism, transparency and accountability that guests have every right to expect. It is with genuine sadness and disappointment that I see a hotel manager personally make promises to guests that turn out to be untrue, without taking responsibility for ensuring that the promised refund is actually processed. I sincerely hope that other guests never have to go through such a disappointing experience. However, if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, my advice is simple: do not leave the hotel without written confirmation and proof that your refund request has actually been submitted. Unfortunately, I trusted the manager's word, and that trust has resulted in nothing but frustration, unanswered messages, and a refund that, to this day, has never materialised. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"we really liked our room, it was great that there were no cleanings every day as it felt less “disruptive”, very modern, beds were soft but comfortable, the little kitchen area had everything we needed, lots of storage under the bed, area was convenient for us, it was clean, we loved that we were able to wash and dry our laundry in the building only negative thing is that the hallways always smelled weird"

"An experience that is, to say the least, deplorable! My wife and some of her friends stayed at this property; the apartments were well-maintained and clean, but the staff was incompetent; they arrived at their room and even found a person sleeping inside it. As if that were not enough, they had to request separate beds three times before their request was met. An absurd and unacceptable situation, which denotes a total lack of organization, professionalism, and attention toward guests. It is shameful that an accommodation facility can be managed in this way, with such superficiality and incompetence. A stay that turned into a terrible experience. The property is absolutely not recommended: one expects a minimum of seriousness and respect for those who pay to use a service."
