"Location was amazing, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, the bathrooms were devine, we had not realised we had to request cleaning service so we did not get one during our stay, but the best part of the hotel were the staff, particularly Yusef, he is a credit to your hotel, he was friendly knowledgeable and polite."

"We booked The Welbeck as we wanted to try this new addition to IHG! Perfectly central location, next to Oxford Street, Marylebone High Street and Bond Street. Nice decor, and the lovely Photo Booth in the lobby was a thoughtful touch to capture moments as a souvenir! Functional and comfortable rooms with amenities and complimentary minibar with soft drinks. The parquet flooring was top notch, as many hotels in the UK have carpets, which are not pleasant.. The stylish bathroom, although compact, was well designed with great tiles and a nice colour palette, making it functional and comfortable. The toiletries were smelling great and there were slippers available! For a hotel renovated within the past year, there were some signs of water-related wear, likely caused by water escaping from the shower area towards the walls and bathroom door, which could perhaps be improved with a larger shower glass panel. Ventilation was excellent; however, the sink drainage was slightly slow. It really feels like it could be a Hotel Indigo, which is a great boutique brand of IHG! Only cons would be the non existing sound insulation of the rooms.."

"I have stayed in this hotel a few times. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, comfortable and relaxing rooms. A nice bar with a great selection of drinks and great food, especially the breakfast."
