The Royal National Hotel

"My wife and I had a comfortable stay at the Royal National. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful, especially Wency. He was always ready to assist us and made sure we well looked after throught our stay. We truly appreciated his friendly and attentive service. The location was also convenient, with Euston Station within walking distance. All we can say is we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again..."

"We arrived at the hotel early because we had an early flight. They do have a luggage storage room, but it is located in a hot basement. The queue was extremely long, and the system was very poorly organized, making the whole process take much longer than necessary. Naturally, collecting our luggage again once the room was ready took just as long as dropping it off. By the time we finally got our bags, we were already sweaty and exhausted, only to go up and check out our room. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a wave of hot air. We should probably have checked beforehand whether the hotel had air conditioning, but we honestly just assumed that it would. The only window in the bedroom could only be opened a couple of centimeters, which meant it did almost nothing to let fresh air in. The shower drain was also clogged, so while showering the water quickly built up around our feet, leaving us standing in a foot bath mixed with our own sweat from the unbearably hot room."

"I stayed at this hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was busy when I arrived, but check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. A special thank you to Wency, who was genuinely kind and helpful. He helped me with my luggage, answered my questions and gave me useful directions for getting around London. He was easy to talk to and made me feel very welcome. The location was one of the best things about the hotel. Russell Square Underground Station is nearby, and I was able to walk to the British Museum. Covent Garden, Soho, Leicester Square and the Oxford Street were also easy to reach. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops in the area, which I found very convenient. Overall, the hotel was a great base for exploring central London. I really appreciated Wency’s help and would happily stay here again."
