The Belgrave

"Visited as part of a stay in London to celebrate my father's birthday - my partner and I having opted to spend the previous night there to visit Battersea Power Station. On arrival, we were greeted and checked in very promptly by Khilan, who was very friendly, took a genuine interest in our plans and also recommended a local restaurant to have dinner. Whilst the room was small, it was immaculately clean and comfortable, seemed to have everything needed from an ironing board to a hairdryer, a good range of drinks and a chiller. A lovely touch was the L'Occitane toiletries. Following our dinner, and tired from the travel up, we curled up on the bed and slept extremely well. Once my parents arrived, their thoughts echoed ours. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs before leaving to head home the following day and it was fantastic, some of the dishes, the pancakes and French toast in particular was excelltn value for money. Throughout our stay all of the staff were very friendly, but huge props to Khilan who was fantastic."

"Our first double standard was ideal, the bathroom was spacious and nice shower. Bed was average as were pillows. We travelled for a couple days and returned. The second double standard was not as nice. Seems like it might have been the least desirable double standard. Just enough room to get to the other side of the bed, glad it was only 2 nights in that room. Staff were amazing and all very helpful. Had breakfast on two occasions and it was decent. Would I stay again…. yes if given a choice of a bigger bed and definitely not room 504! The location could not be better, lots of restaurants, pubs, groceries and the tube. Recommend The Marquis, Cyprus Mangal, Rosa’s Thai and The Warwick for meals and drinks!"

"This is a fantastic hotel in an amazing location -great location smack bang in between Victoria mainline station and Pimlico tube station. The hotel itself is great really smooth simple check-in we were on the ground floor which I was a little bit worried about from noise, but I can honestly say we weren’t disturbed with the traffic at all. The room itself is comfortable everything that you would need and spotlessly clean. We paid for the continental breakfast which I have to say was very good but my friend paid an extra £6 to have the full English which was excellent , brilliant value for money and superbly cooked. All in all the staff at check-in / checkout and the staff in the breakfast area were excellent. All in all this is a super hotel brilliantly situated great value for money and one I would have no hesitation in staying in again if I need a hotel in London."
